Online Store Terms and Conditions
1 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the rules for using the Online Store available at www.vorwartspharma.pl.
The online store operating at www.vorwartspharma.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Vorwarts Pharma Online Store”) is operated by Vorwarts Pharma Sp. z o.o., entered into the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division, under KRS number: 0000720039, NIP: 9662119058, REGON: 369547379 (hereinafter referred to as “Vorwarts Pharma”).

These Terms and Conditions are continuously available at www.vorwartspharma.pl in a manner that allows Customers to acquire, reproduce, and save their content. The Terms are also provided prior to the conclusion of the sales agreement.
2 Definitions
- Consumer – a natural person within the meaning of Article 221 of the Polish Civil Code.
- Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, but without a professional character, as evidenced particularly by the business activity classification in CEIDG.
- Entrepreneur – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit with legal capacity, conducting business or professional activity.
- Service Provider/Seller – Vorwarts Pharma Sp. z o.o., KRS: 0000720039, NIP: 9662119058, REGON: 369547379.
- Online Store – the online store operated at www.vorwartspharma.pl by Vorwarts Pharma Sp. z o.o.
- Civil Code – the Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws 2020, item 1740).
- Product – any item, digital content, or service (including digital or non-digital services) available in the Online Store, which is the subject of a Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
- Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions of electronic service provision, pursuant to Article 8 of the Act of July 18, 2002, on electronic services (Journal of Laws 2020, item 344).
- Customer/Buyer – any entity making or intending to make a purchase via the Online Store, including Consumers, Entrepreneurs with consumer rights, and Entrepreneurs.
- Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent to conclude a Sales Agreement specifying the price, type, and quantity of Products.
- Sales Agreement – a contract for the sale of a Product concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Online Store. This includes contracts for digital content or services and non-digital services.
- Consumer Rights Act – the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2020, item 287).
3 Terms of Use of the Online Store
All prices listed in the Online Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty, unless otherwise clearly stated.
The Seller may use discount codes in the Vorwarts Pharma Online Store, which entitle the holder to a discount on specific Products. Discount codes are non-transferable and non-refundable for cash.
To place an order, the Customer must accept these Terms and Conditions.
Placing an order requires access to an internet-enabled device, a web browser, and the ability to fill out electronic forms. Recommended browsers include the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Safari, etc.
The website uses Responsive Web Design (RWD) for optimal display across devices.
The Online Store is SSL-certified to ensure secure data transmission.
4 Sales Agreement Conclusion
Orders can be placed through forms available on the website.
The Customer is required to provide correct personal information: name, address, email, and phone number.
Upon receiving an order, the Seller will confirm receipt and acceptance for processing via email. The contract is considered concluded upon confirmation.
The content of the agreement is recorded and made accessible through these Terms and Conditions and the confirmation email.
Orders can be placed 24/7, year-round.
5 Payment Methods and Deadlines
Payment options:
- Bank transfer
- Online payment via Blue Media S.A.
After placing the order, the Customer receives the bank account details by email. The order is processed upon payment confirmation.
Accepted payment methods:
- Visa, Visa Electron
- Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic
- Maestro
Payment must be made within 7 calendar days from the contract date.
6 Delivery
Products are delivered within Poland to the address specified in the order form.
Estimated shipping times are shown on the product pages. In case of delay, the Customer will be notified.
Delivery methods:
- InPost parcel lockers
- DPD courier
The Customer receives an email notification when the package is handed over to the courier.
Shipping costs are provided at the time of placing the Order.
Ownership of the Product transfers to the Customer upon receipt confirmation.
7 Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason and without bearing any costs, except those specified herein.
To exercise the right, the Consumer must submit a withdrawal notice via post or email. A template form is available but not mandatory.
The withdrawal period begins:
- for physical goods – from the date of receipt,
- for digital content/services – from the contract date.
The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product and is responsible for secure packaging.
The Product must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal. The Seller may arrange for the collection.
The Consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the Product.
The Seller will refund all payments, including delivery costs (excluding non-standard options), within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
The right to withdraw does not apply to contracts listed in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, such as personalized items, sealed health-related goods, or fully performed services with prior consent.
The provisions of this section also apply to Entrepreneurs with consumer rights.
8 Complaints
The Seller’s liability is governed by applicable laws and the provisions below:
- For physical goods purchased before Dec 31, 2022 – governed by Civil Code Articles 556–576 (warranty).
- For goods purchased from Jan 1, 2023 – governed by Consumer Rights Act Articles 43a–43g.
- For digital content/services – Articles 43h–43q of the same Act apply.
Complaints can be sent by post or email to the Seller’s address.
The complaint should specify the defect, date of occurrence, desired resolution, and contact information.

The Seller will respond within 14 days.
Provisions also apply to Entrepreneurs with consumer rights.
Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms via:
- Municipal or district consumer advocates,
- Voivodeship Trade Inspection offices,
- The ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
9 Personal Data
The Seller is the personal data controller.
Data protection rules are available in the Privacy Policy at www.vorwartspharma.pl.
10 Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid reasons. Changes come into force after a minimum of 7 days.
The amended Terms bind the Customer if proper notification is given and the Customer does not terminate the agreement within 14 days.
Users must not post illegal content on the Store’s website.
Polish law shall apply in matters not governed by these Terms.
Contracts are concluded in Polish.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from January 1, 2023.
